Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description

Candidates will be operating a stand-up forklift and following a batch sheet to pull raw materials from the warehouse and load them into machines. They will pull both dry materials and totes of chemicals. For the chemicals, they will be hooking up hoses from the tanks to the totes. They will document the weight of the materials they are loading into the machines on an HMI screen. Additionally, they will be cross-trained in the tanker area, requiring them to climb up on tanker trucks to attach the hoses and document all weight received in the system.

Responsibilities

• Operate a stand-up forklift to pull raw materials from the warehouse.
• Load materials into machines as per batch sheet instructions.
• Pull and handle both dry materials and chemical totes.
• Hook up hoses from tanks to totes for chemical materials.
• Document the weight of materials loaded into machines on an HMI screen.
• Climb up on tanker trucks to attach hoses and document weight received in the system.
• Cross-train in various areas including the tanker area.

Essential Skills

• 3 years of stand-up forklift experience.
• 2 years of mixing and blending experience.
• Ability to comfortably lift 60 lbs consistently.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with mixing, blending, and batching.
• Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
• Experience with machine operation.

Work Environment

Brand new, well-lit facility with state-of-the-art machines. The position is for the 2nd shift, from 10 am to 7 pm. Currently, everyone is working mandatory overtime, so candidates should be prepared to work 55-60 hours a week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kenosha, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00
