Job Description
- Role: Ensuring quality standards and production goals in the formulation and packaging of exterior caulk for commercial construction companies.
- Dumping finished product into buckets and palletizing.
- Documenting quality assurance checks and inventory of finished products.
- Packaging finished caulk into boxes and ensuring proper labeling.
- Collaborating with the production team to meet daily goals.
- At least 1 year of experience in heavy manufacturing/production or construction/labor.
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly.
- Must be clean-shaven to wear a respirator when necessary.
- Experience in general labor, production, or packaging.
- Medical and drug screening required.
- Hands-on role with visible impact.
- Balanced schedule with every other weekend off.

- 12-hour shifts with a rotation schedule (day and night shifts).
- Safety is a priority, requiring a respirator at times.
- Clean-shaven dress code.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00
