About the Role As a GTM Partnerships Director , you will be responsible for executing our partnership strategy, driving joint go-to-market initiatives, and establishing strategic alliances to support our growth objectives. You will also contribute to a variety of areas including: Partnership Strategy Development : Design and execute a comprehensive GTM partnerships strategy aligned with TRSS goals and revenue targets. Pipeline Growth : Build and maintain a robust pipeline of strategic partnerships, including technology partners, data partners, system integrators, and industry influencers. Alliance Management : Identify, negotiate, and onboard new partners, ensuring mutual value creation and long-term collaboration. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to define joint GTM initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, co-selling strategies, and product integrations. Enablement and Support : Develop partner enablement programs, including training, collateral, and tools to ensure successful partner engagement. Performance Metrics : Track, measure, and report on the performance of partnership programs, analyzing ROI and making data-driven improvements. Market Insights : Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform partnership strategies and maintain a competitive edge. About You You’re a good fit for the role of GTM Partnerships Director if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, or similar field. Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. 10-15+ years in partnerships, business development, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company. Public Sector experience preferred. Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships that directly contributed to revenue growth. Strong ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams and external partners at all levels. Demonstrated success in developing GTM strategies and driving their execution. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate agreements. Proficient in using data to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making. Familiarity with DaaS, SaaS technologies, APIs, and product integration. Strong ability to navigate complex government bureaucracies and build relationships with key stakeholders. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions to government officials and partners. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to develop joint GTM initiatives. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and challenges in the government market. Adaptability to changing government priorities, policies, and regulations, and the ability to adjust partnership strategies accordingly. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. national security clearance. Additional Skills and Knowledge : Understanding of the government technology market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities. Knowledge of government procurement processes, such as RFPs, RFIs, and contracting mechanisms. Experience working with government-focused partners, such as system integrators, consultants, or industry influencers. Emphasis on compliance with government regulations, including data privacy, security, and accessibility standards, which are critical in partnerships. What's in it For You? Thomson Reuters complies with local laws that require upfront disclosure of the expected pay range for a position. The base compensation range varies across locations. Eligible office location(s) for this role include one or more of the following: New York City, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and/or Irvine, CA; McLean, VA; Washington, DC. The base compensation range for the role in any of those locations is $173,300 - $321,800.
