They have an excellent reputation and a track record of promoting from within and rewarding talented employees with bonuses Description Assist the Project Manager with daily tasks including but not limited to: Preparation of construction documents Managing value engineering efforts Preparing and processing all paperwork and documents to owner, project design team and subcontractors in a timely and complete manner Ensuring compliance with construction permits Preparing and maintaining project schedule and budgets, communicating changes to project personnel as needed Addressing all project completion and warranty issues and prepare final close-out documentation Managing budget and financial reporting Managing the Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program. Profile Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management (strongly preferred) Experience on multifamily projects at least $5 million Knowledge of construction procedures, building codes, estimating, budgeting, scheduling and safety practices Knowledge of project management software Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
