You will play a pivotal role in the preparation and management of accurate cost estimates for a variety of high-profile projects.

Description
Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial interior projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure cost estimates align with the project goals and timeline. Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to assess project requirements and cost implications. Track and manage bid proposals, negotiating with vendors and suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality. Monitor project progress and make adjustments to estimates as needed to reflect changing circumstances.
Profile
At least 5 years of experience as an estimator, ideally within the commercial interiors or high-end retail sector. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
