Warehouse Process Improvement Coordinator

The Warehouse Process Improvement Coordinator supports the optimization of warehouse operations by identifying and addressing inefficiencies in daily workflows. This role works hands-on with warehouse teams to implement changes that improve productivity, accuracy, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observe and assess daily warehouse operations to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline workflows and eliminate bottlenecks.
• Assist in implementing new procedures, tools, or layouts to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor key performance metrics and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Ensure all process changes comply with safety standards and regulations.
• Train team members on updated procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or logistics is required (2+ years).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic proficiency in technology and tools used in warehouse operations (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
• Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

Work Environment:

• Primarily hands-on in the warehouse, involving standing, walking, and lifting.
• Must be able to lift up to 33lbs and be comfortable using or being on a scissor lift or cherry picker.
