Grace Reliant's growing Human Resourcesteam is looking to invite a Healthcare Recruiter to helpmeet the staffing needs of our organization by finding individuals that aligns with the heart and voice of our organization. We exist to help people live more complete and independent lives. Through our many services we provide care, support, and mentorship to elderly and disabled residents in Missouri.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and attract qualified healthcare professionals through job boards, social media, networking events, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Partner with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Build relations with schools, professional associations, and community organizations to expand the talent pool.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring effective communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure recruitment practices complywith legal regulations and organizational policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industry (Experience with home health and/or mental health professional preferred)
- Knowledge of healthcare roles and certifications (e.g., BCBA, RN, OT, PT etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
