Position:Executive Assistant

Location:Manhattan, NY (In-office)

Salary:70k 90k

High end Luxury goods Corporation seeks an Executive Assistant to join their Team

Responsibilities:

Exhibits professionalism required to represent Executive office.

Ensures accuracy of information.

Delivers a high volume of work with a keen attention to detail.

Multi-tasks and prioritizes appropriately and effectively.

Calendar Management

Organizing agendas (coordinating agendas with Security, Facilities and IT) of guests and VIPs

Making travel arrangements with companys program

Completing expense reports for Executives and international VIP guests including car service, flights, and hotels.

Collecting and analyzing information and preparing reports and presentations

Maintaining databases, files and records

Arranging and making any necessary appointments, reservations, etc.

Supporting general administrative tasks such as phone calls, office supplies, note taking, etc.


Qualifications

College degree

3+ Years relevant experience, preferably in financial sector

Advanced Microsoft Suite and Outlook experience
