What We Offer: Join a Comprehensive Breast Care Center: Be part of a team dedicated to building a state-of-the-art breast cancer program with the goal of achieving accreditation by the National Accreditation Program for Breast Centers (NAPBC). Lead a Multidisciplinary Team: Utilize your expertise to lead and support a comprehensive healthcare team in both ambulatory and surgical settings, ensuring coordinated care for all breast disease diagnoses. Focus on Clinical Excellence & Patient Relationships: Deliver high-quality care while fostering strong connections with patients and their families. Your focus will be on both benign and malignant breast diseases, offering a wide range of preventive, diagnostic, and treatment options. Supportive Work Environment: Benefit from a team-oriented approach with excellent support staff, including an advanced practice provider, nurse navigator, clinic RN, and office personnel. Predictable Schedule with Work-Life Balance: Enjoy a well-defined schedule with 3 days dedicated to clinic consultations and 2 days for surgeries. Plus, a light call expectation with support from a nurse triage program ensures a healthy work-life balance. Collaboration & Strong Referral Base: Work alongside existing breast specialists and collaborate with over 50 primary care providers in the area, creating a robust referral network. Qualifications: Board-eligible or board-certified in Breast Surgery is required. Fellowship training or extensive experience in breast surgery is desired. Active medical license in Indiana (IN) only is mandatory. Strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to building trust and rapport with patients and families. The ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
