Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Recruiter to join our team! In this role, you will engage in various talent acquisition activities, primarily focusing on sourcing candidates. We are looking for a self-starter who is disciplined, organized, outgoing, motivated, and eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Hybrid but Local applicants only. 3 days a week in our Reston, Virginia office..

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and recruit potential candidates through various channels
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate qualifications
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Implement and promote company culture, values, and policies
• Engage in social media and email outreach to attract candidates
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress

Qualifications:

• Ability to build rapport with all employees and candidates
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• US Citizenship required
