About the Role As the Executive Assistant, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running smoothly, handling a mix of professional administrative tasks and personal errands. You’ll also have the unique opportunity to attend and assist with in-person workshops in inspiring locations, gaining firsthand experience in event planning and leadership development. The Details Time Commitment: On average, 10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours based on schedule and needs. Location: Baton Rouge, LA with opportunities for travel. Compensation: $20.00 per hour Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, email organization, and document preparation. • Handle personal errands to help streamline the founder’s day-to-day activities. • Assist with workshop preparation, logistics, and on-site support at events held in exciting destinations. • Coordinate and manage tasks to ensure seamless execution of various projects. • Act as a trusted right-hand person to the founder, bringing a solutions-focused mindset to every challenge. Qualifications: What We’re Looking ForOrganized and Detail-Oriented: You thrive on structure and love checking things off a to-do list. • Self-Starter: You’re resourceful and don’t need to be micromanaged. • Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Flexible and Adaptable: You’re open to variety, whether it’s running errands or helping set up workshops. Compensation: $20 hourly
