SalesBizLab We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Front Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, the Front Office Assistant plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will be responsible for managing the front desk operations, which includes greeting guests, managing phone calls, and handling inquiries regarding our services. In this role, you will also assist with administrative functions that support the smooth operation of our office. 

Job: Full time

Monday to Friday

Weekends free

Pay Range:

$17.50 - $28.00 hourly

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB

Location: New Jersey

Responsibilities: 

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel
  • Manage scheduling and appointments for the office
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Front Office Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Customer-focused attitude with a friendly demeanor
