67 Restaurant

We are a $9 million, three meal period, full-service operation with special event dining, high volume brunches and a lounge featuring live entertainment and packed happy hours with views of Elliott Bay. We believe in our industry, our concept and that we can return to this in the future.

You got this if you are...

  1. A proven leader from an upscale independent or high volume hotel restaurant
  2. Service focused and hands on; exude a passion for elevating the guest experience
  3. Creative in making delicious cocktails, along with overseeing all liquor, wine and beer inventories.
  4. Able to maintain professional boundaries and can navigate ambiguity; calm in the face of challenges
  5. A role model, having high expectations and confident in addressing performance concerns
  6. Tech savvy and have a high attention to detail

Salary: $78,000-$82,000, plus up to 13% bonus potential upon achieving certain milestones

Requirements

You own this if you have....

  1. 2+ Years experience managing in an upscale dining environment
  2. 3+ Bartending experience, extensive knowledge of spirits and wine
  3. Knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules and regulations, liquor laws and regulations
  4. Strong computer skills, experienced with using technology
  5. Sommelier or extensive wine and spirit knowledge
  6. Proven experience in leading a successful team
  7. Excellent problem solving skills
  8. Ability to collaborate with property leaders to meet crucial deadlines and surpass budget expectations
