The theatre is open 365 days a year with holidays being some of our busiest times. While we work with everyone to make sure they have time with their families, we also must make sure the theatre is staffed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and wow our Guests with awesome meals.

•Weigh, measure, mix and prep ingredients according to recipes.

•Steam, grill, boil, bake or fry meats, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.

•Check food and ingredients for freshness.

•Arrange and garnish dishes.

•Work well under pressure and within the time limit.

•Ensure that kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.

•Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen work area, food preparation area, refrigerator, walk-in, freezer, and pantry.

•Washes dishes and maintains a general upkeep of dish pit area.

•Ensures the use of cut gloves when handling knives.

•Operate kitchen equipment.

•Manage tasks and meet time schedules.

•Cleaning. The kitchen must be kept immaculate.

•Completing any other duties as delegated or directed by your supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Food handlers card required to meet county regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years old at the time of hire.

•Prior experience in related food and beverage service and food preparation positions.

•Thorough experience with hot and cold food preparation.

•Good working knowledge of accepted sanitation standards and health codes.

•Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.

•Able to handle work in a fast-paced environment.
