Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support NIH Stroke Certification Job Details Cath Lab IR Experience Required ARRT Required IDPH Permit Required - may be obtained Start Dates - 12/11 or 1/8 M-F 8 hour days between 0600 and 1630 Call 1530-0700 two nights/week and 0700-0700 every third weekend Weekend call is F-Sa-Su. Job Requirements ARRT Required IDPH Permit Required - may be obtained State License 1 Verification - Primary source verification must be within 30 days of start NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP) - Must be ran within 30 days of start.
