DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: \ Tasks include but are not limited to the following: Fabricate and Weld from blueprints and drawings; Use Math to analyze and solve problems; Layout and fit up; Fabricate intricate custom parts; Ability to quickly and independently problem solve; Attention to detail and work quality is crucial; Work in team atmosphere; Time management of self and projects. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: \ Education: High school diploma or equivalent.\ Experience: Minimum of one year of fabrication experience; two years of welding experience. Skill and knowledge to pursue Certification.\ Would prefer experience with Mobile (on-site) and Heavy Equipment repair. Required: Strong Fabrication Skills including Stair layout; Self-motivated, ability to be productive while maintaining work quality; Problem solve and troubleshoot in shop and in field; Organizational Skills; Solid Wire Welding; Clean background and driving record, current Drivers License; Dual Shield Welding; Air-Arc and Gouge experience, including field work; Stick Welding 7018; Physical ability to move and carry 80 lbs.; Ability to read and fabricate from blueprints and sketches; Ability to lay-out and hand sketch drawings; Big picture understanding with attention to detail; Ability and desire to attain Welding Certificate(s). Preferred: Field experience in fabrication; Aluminum Wire Feed Welding; Stainless Steel Welding (spray-arc, short-circuiting, or pulsed-arc transfer); Possess Welding Certification(s); Experience with Mobile (field) and Heavy Equipment repair.
