Professional development and growth opportunities.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities: Develop and implement cost-effective sourcing strategies for raw materials, energy, and freight while ensuring quality and sustainability. Manage supplier performance, contracts, and strategic relationships to secure favorable terms and ensure reliable delivery. Monitor project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and mitigate supply chain risks. Lead sustainability and compliance initiatives, including external certification audits (e.g., RSPO, EUDR). Track and report procurement KPIs, including cost savings, supplier performance, and sustainability metrics. Provide leadership and mentorship to internal teams, fostering continuous improvement.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications preferred). 10+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management in manufacturing or energy-intensive industries. Strong skills in supplier negotiation, cost analysis, and project management. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office, and e-sourcing tools. Knowledge of EH&S compliance and sustainability regulations.
