Responsibilities:
Support ingredient disclosure requirements
Gather and enter data into third-party compliance systems
Approve label copy and assist with artwork approvals to confirm compliance with local, state and federal requirements in the US and Canada for laundry and home care product development projects
Assist with various documentation needs, as requested
Work proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure product regulatory compliance and provide necessary regulatory documentation
Assist the regulatory team in developing and documenting programs and associated processes to comply with regulations and government and Non-Government Organization (NGO) certifications
Assist with raw material, formulation and packaging regulatory evaluations to confirm compliance with local, state and federal requirements in the US and Canada for new laundry and home care product development projects
May be requested to support established product testing and certification programs
Requirements:
Minimum of one year of regulatory experience, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods Familiarity with handling confidential data Overall computer literacy Knowledge of the following software programs SAP, specifically PLM Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, Word and SharePoint with advanced knowledge and expertise in Excel
Skills:
Works independently and monitors own work to ensure quality Detail oriented Self-motivated; will ask questions and seek clarity, when necessary Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, with time constrains Strong problem solver and logical thinker Excellent reading comprehension, written and oral communication skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree; degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, library science or related field, preferred
