Now hiring a Yard Operator in Danville, IL!
The Yard Operator position schedule is Mon-Fri 6:30 A.M.-3:00 P.M. with possible overtime on Saturday. Pay rate is $17/hour. The Yard Operator will be responsible for loading and hauling scrap from one location of the yard to another. The Yard Operator/Driver will never leave the yard so no CDL is required but it’s preferred. Candidates considered for this position must have a valid drivers license and have previous experience operating heavy equipment such as a manual transmission on a tractor trailer/semi.
