WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Mentor is non-exempt position responsible for supporting individuals in the fatherhood program to serve in a mentor role. The Mentor work in conjunction with trained case- managers to provide outreach, engagement, and referrals.
Provide in person response to referrals within contractual time frames. Initiate outreach and provide ongoing engagement with individuals experiencing overdose to build a trusting, peer-based relationship. Encourage clients to follow through with referrals and recommended follow-up for parenting classes. Provide information and linkage to community resources. Perform all other duties assigned by Program Manager WHAT WE OFFER:

High School Diploma or equivalent Provide high-level encouragement and guidance support for routine, day-to-day work. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Electronic Health Records Excellent verbal and written communication skills Valid drivers' license with auto insurance coverage
