Apply today Custom Applicator Responsibilities: Accurately blend, load, and apply fertilizer and chemicals according to manufacturer and grower specifications. Collaborate with sales staff to plan and coordinate application and delivery schedules. Assist with monthly inventory management for seed, chemical, and fertilizer. Adhere to all safety, environmental, and regulatory guidelines. Provide backup support to operations staff as needed. Custom Applicator Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driver's license with clean record. Must have High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have Commercial Applicator’s License. Must have Class A CDL or ability to obtain. Minimum of 2 years' related experience. Demonstrates a strong work ethic, self-motivation, and effective teamwork skills. Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds and performing tasks that require standing, sitting, crawling, climbing, and reaching in challenging areas.
