IGT has approximately 10,500 employees. For more information, please visit www.igt.com. This position oversees shift operations and staff for the IGT digital retail operations in New Jersey. Responsibilities · Monitors sales order system to ensure accurate receipt and booking of sales orders. · Manage scheduling, employee attendance, clock-ins, and breaks · Supervises all regular fulfillment center staff needs and lottery processing operations · Monitors and understands daily fulfillment demands and ensures they are met within designated timeframes · All responsibilities of an Operations Associate during high peak periods or in instances of short staffing · Delegate responsibilities and rearrange resources and staff as business demands require · Troubleshoots and resolves any issues that may affect day to day operations such as equipment issues, internet or power outage, building issues, staffing, etc. · Inventory management and ordering of supplies and equipment · Assists with ad-hoc initiatives as needed Qualifications · 2 years working in the Lottery industry or similar experience · Demonstrated maturity and leadership ability · Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability · Possess a sense of urgency required to work in a deadline driven environment · Familiarity with technology and ability to operate our proprietary software system · Initiative to work with minimal instruction and direction · Experience managing shift scheduling for employees · Two-year degree or equivalent preferred Requirements · High level of integrity · Frequent walking and standing and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs · Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
