Senior Paid Social Specialist Cymbiotika is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Paid Social Specialist to join our dynamic team at Cymbiotika. The ideal candidate is an expert in managing and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc. Data-driven, creative, and passionate about leveraging paid social media ads to drive growth and engagement. As a key player on our marketing team, you’ll own the development and execution of high-impact paid social strategies that align with our brand goals and performance metrics. If you are a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling paid social campaigns and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, innovative environment, we’d love to hear from you Responsibilities: Paid Social Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive paid social media strategy for Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, etc tailored to Cymbiotika's goals. Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify target segments, campaign messaging, and creative approaches that align with brand objectives. Campaign Management & Execution: Plan, set up, and manage paid social campaigns on all paid social platforms Ensure alignment with the overall marketing calendar and coordinate campaigns around key product launches, promotions, and seasonal trends. Develop ad creatives in collaboration with the design team Submit 4 Graphic Design requests to the graphics team to ensure we continue to maximize testing creative assets. Budget Management: Allocate and manage the budget across platforms, ensuring optimal spend and maximizing ROI for each campaign. Track daily spend and adjust budgets in real-time to meet KPIs. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Monitor campaign performance using platform-specific analytics tools, identifying opportunities for improvement in real-time. Utilize in platform performance. Prescient AI, and Adjust targeting, creative, copy, and bidding strategies to optimize performance for key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, and ROAS. Perform A/B testing of creative, ad copy, and landing pages to continuously improve performance. Reporting & Insights: Provide weekly or monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics and translating data into actionable insights. Present key learnings and recommendations for ongoing optimizations and future campaign planning. What you’ll need 3 years of hands-on experience in paid social media management, with a strong focus on Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, etc. Proven success in managing multi-million dollar ad budgets while achieving performance-driven KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CTR. Expertise in e-commerce or DTC (direct-to-consumer) marketing, with a deep understanding of consumer buying behavior and audience targeting. Bonus if you have experience with health and wellness verticals. Strong experience in leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with strategy, creative, analytics, and brand teams to execute impactful campaigns. Proficiency in social media ad platforms and tools, including Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Pinterest Ads Manager, etc. Proficiency in attribution tools and MMM tools such as Triple Whale, Northbeam, and Prescient AI. Ability to analyze and interpret campaign performance data, leveraging insights for strategic optimization and continuous improvement. Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and A/B testing to maximize campaign effectiveness. Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously. A growth mindset with a passion for staying ahead of paid social trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. Experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably within the health and wellness industry is a plus.
