Investment Banking Analyst

A New York City-based investment bank is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Senior Analyst with at least one year of full-time work specifically with exposure to M&A deals within Software, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Digital Infrastructure and Tech related firms. The bank works on mergers & acquisitions, private placements and IPOs amongst other transaction advisory exposure. They are seeking a candidate with at least 18 months of full-time investment banking experience within a US based firm. Ideal candidate will come from a software focused firm like Drakestar Partners, Vista Equity Partners, Vaquero Capital, Peak Technology, Arcadia Capital or a similar middle-market, tech focused bank. Only candidates with at least one year of full-time investment banking experience within the United States will be considered. Must be willing to relocate to NYC and report to the office full-time.
