Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Define and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to accelerate revenue growth and market penetration across North America. Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales organization, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring long-term partnerships. Revenue Growth: Drive and exceed revenue targets through effective pipeline management, account planning, and strategic deal execution. Market Insights: Identify emerging trends and customer needs to shape go-to-market strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product management, and professional services teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and support business objectives. Qualifications: 10 years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software, preferably in asset performance management, industrial automation, or related fields. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in complex B2B environments. Deep understanding of the North American industrial software market and customer pain points in asset-intensive industries. Exceptional leadership skills with experience scaling and managing large, distributed sales teams. Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data-driven approaches to optimize sales strategies. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
