Telecommunications Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager II (Telecommunications) Job Duration: 12 Months Contract – W2 Job Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (Onsite) Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Telecom Project Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of complex telecommunications projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of telecom technologies, a proven track record of successful project management, and excellent communication and leadership skills. This candidate will also assist with other smaller IT Infrastructure projects as needed. Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of telecommunications technologies, including but not limited to: fiber optics, wireless networks (4G/5G), IP networking, VoIP, and network infrastructure. Be able to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in telecom project management. Proven track record of successfully managing complex telecom projects. Strong understanding of telecom technologies and industry trends. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management. Strong leadership and communication skills. PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus . Experience with project management software tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
