Key Responsibilities Perform detailed analyses of loads, structural dynamics, and aeroelastic phenomena for advanced aerospace systems. Develop and validate simulation models to predict responses under various operational scenarios. Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure structural integrity and performance align with design specifications. Support testing and validation processes, including wind tunnel, ground, and flight tests, interpreting results to refine models. Generate comprehensive technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Continuously enhance processes and methodologies to improve accuracy and efficiency in dynamic simulations. Position Requirements For Entry Level: Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. Strong academic foundation in structural dynamics, aeroelasticity, and finite element analysis (FEA). Familiarity with tools like NASTRAN, MATLAB, or Python. Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn in a collaborative environment. For Mid-Level: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or related Engineering field. 3 years of experience in loads and dynamics analysis. Proficient in NASTRAN, PATRAN, HyperMesh, or similar tools. Proven track record of working on cross-functional engineering projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills for presenting complex technical data. For Senior Level: Advanced degree (Master's/Ph.D.) preferred with 7 years of relevant experience. Expertise in advanced dynamic analysis, including flutter and vibration response prediction. Extensive experience with high-fidelity tools and techniques for structural dynamics and aeroelasticity. Demonstrated leadership in solving complex engineering challenges. Ability to mentor junior engineers and guide projects from concept to delivery.
