Duration: 12 Month W2 Contract (C2C not available) Onsite in Plymouth, MN We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to perform tests on medical devices (e.g., heart catheters) in a hands-on, onsite role. The position involves executing a variety of tests (mechanical, electrical, conditioning, length, OD, and visual) under written and verbal instructions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct simple to complex tests on medical devices. Follow written and verbal instructions accurately. 85% of the time spent in the lab and 15% spent at a desk. Collaborate with engineers to communicate findings, problems, and solutions. Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate safety equipment. Required Experience and Skills: Familiarity with medical device testing (or related product-building experience). Experience with R&D or working with test methods. Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and ability to follow good documentation practices. Proficiency in time management, task prioritization, and teamwork. Basic document drafting experience is a plus. Tools and Knowledge: Familiarity with tools such as calipers, MTS, multimeters, digital thermometers, force gauges, Cognex, and LabView. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Education: A bachelor’s degree is required.
