Embedded System Engineer

As an Embedded Systems Engineer , you will play a critical role in developing, designing, and maintaining HVAC systems. Your expertise will be pivotal in leading cross-functional collaboration to create state-of-the-art embedded solutions. This position requires a balance of technical proficiency, team leadership, and attention to detail. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer, Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or Controls Engineering. Key Qualifications: Experience: 4 years in systems engineering for embedded products. Experience with embedded systems, including 8, 16, and 32-bit microcontrollers. Expertise in wireless protocols such as WiFi, BLE, Zigbee/CHIP, Zwave, etc. Technical Skills: Proficiency in requirements capture/definition using tools like IBM DOORS, JIRA/Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Knowledge of C and C++ programming languages. Hands-on experience with digital and analog electronics. Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration among hardware, firmware, software, and other engineering domains. Additional Skills (Preferred): Controls Systems/Algorithm Design experience. Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink and LabView. HVAC Controls System Design experience
