Lead Performance Engineer

Job Description As a Performance Testing Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for leading the performance testing efforts for our cloud-native applications. You will work closely with development, operations, and product teams to design, implement, and execute performance testing strategies that ensure our applications can scale and perform under varying loads and conditions. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in performance testing, with a focus on cloud-native applications. Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes). Proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, LoadRunner, or similar. Experience with monitoring and profiling tools (e.g., Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and integrating performance testing into the development lifecycle is a plus.
