About the Role: Job Title: Data Analyst Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with data engineers, product owners, and data analysts to understand source and target data models and establish mappings. Perform thorough analysis of diverse healthcare datasets, including patients, providers, claims, insurance enrollment, risk adjustment, quality measures, and operational data. Document mapping specifications for each field, considering data accuracy and completeness Define and refine transformation logic to reconcile differences between external and internal data structures. Test and validate transformed data to ensure consistency and quality within the normalized data warehouse. Minimum Qualifications: 5- 8 years experience in IT. Strong understanding of data normalization, ETL processes, and schema mapping between disparate data sources. High standard of accuracy in documenting mappings and attention to nuanced differences between data sources. Ability to analyze complex data issues and develop clear, implementable solutions for data transformation and normalization. Healthcare experience is must have. Desired Qualifications: Strong communication skills. Location: Dallas, TX (Remote) Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $75,000 - $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
