As a Personal Injury Attorney, you will represent individuals who have been injured in accidents or as a result of negligence, advocating on their behalf for compensation. You will work closely with clients, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals to navigate complex legal issues and ensure a successful resolution for those we represent. Key Responsibilities: Client Representation: Advocate for injured clients by providing exceptional legal services in personal injury cases, including but not limited to automobile accidents, workplace injuries, medical malpractice, and premises liability claims. Case Evaluation & Strategy: Conduct thorough case evaluations, determine the viability of claims, and develop strategies tailored to achieving the best outcomes for clients. Litigation & Trial Preparation: Prepare and file legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Represent clients in negotiations, settlements, depositions, hearings, and trials. Settlement Negotiation: Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring that their best interests are prioritized and that fair compensation is sought. Qualifications: Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. License: Active license to practice law in the state of Texas. Experience: 2 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a proven track record of handling personal injury cases and managing trial preparation.
