Position: Intelligence Instructor/ Course Developer Duration: Direct Hire Location: Goodfellow AFB, San Angelo, TX Clearance : TS/ SCI Clearance Onsite vs Remote: Onsite Perm salary: $ 70,000-$80,000 Requirements: Must possess at least an Associate’s Degree Must possess a TS/SCI clearance Must be a graduate of the AETC Basic Instructor Course (or equivalent) Must be a graduate of the AETC AFSC-awarding course for Intelligence Officer (14N), any 1NX AFSC, sister-service equivalent, or NGA equivalent Job Description: An employer is seeking a TS/ SCI Instructor to work onsite at Goodfellow AFB in San Angelo, TX. The Instructor/Developers in the Intelligence Officer Course (AFSC 14N) are required to teach in a variety of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) related subject areas, including the foundation and history of intelligence, application of intelligence analysis, joint intelligence preparation of the operational environment, threats to air, airbase, and cyberspace operations, intelligence collection sensors and methodology, the use of intelligence to enhance kinetic targeting, Air Force mission planning, and advanced intelligence analysis applications in the operational environment. Instructors augment active-duty instructors to provide flexibility to course managers. Instructors adhere to all applicable Air Education and Training Command (AETC) instructions and directives in the effort to train and graduate intelligence professionals in support of global joint-force and US Air Force / US Space Force intelligence missions and operations. They use a variety of intelligence systems including Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNet) and Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) to conduct research, develop new courseware, modify existing courseware, and provide classroom instruction to support customer requirements. Essential Job Functions Provide Contractors will augment existing IOC instructor cadre Contractor instructors will have experience in the following areas related to the IOC Course: Intelligence Fundamentals Intelligence Briefings Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Information Operations Mission Planning Geospatial Information and Services Targeting and the Targeting Cycle Collection Management The Intelligence Disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT) Critical Analytic Thinking and Structured Analysis Processes Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) and COA Development Adversary Order of Battle Unified Combatant Command Operations Intelligence Report Writing Integrated Intelligence Filed Training Exercises (FTX) Contractors will instruct, develop, and update courseware IAW all applicable directives and instructions Contractors will deliver instruction using course control document, lesson plans, plans of instruction Contractors will use the AETC Learning Management System (LMS) to record student progress and actions within 24-hours of action with at least 95 percent accuracy Contractors provide Special Individualized Assistance (SIA) for students as applicable, and IAW AETC, 17 TRG, and 315 TRS policy and direction
