Join us in driving growth and seizing new business opportunities About the Role: We are seeking experienced Business Analysts/Instructional Designers to join our dynamic team under the direction of the Timekeeping Configuration Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with project teams, departmental experts, and vendors to streamline scheduling and timekeeping processes, support the implementation of UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions), and design impactful training strategies and materials. Key Responsibilities: Analyze current scheduling and timekeeping practices to identify and implement improvements. Develop and execute training plans, including quick start guides, videos, and job aids. Design engaging communications and educational materials tailored to various user roles. Facilitate workshops and sessions to gather requirements, identify gaps, and recommend solutions. Create process documentation, training materials, and system-based guides using tools like Camtasia and Adobe Captivate. Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth organizational transitions and employee engagement. Qualifications: 5 years of content development experience with applications, tools, and business processes. Proficiency in creating training materials using multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Camtasia). Strong organizational design, facilitation, and communication skills. Expertise in process analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder collaboration. Experience with tools like Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook). Knowledge of timekeeping and scheduling systems is a plus, especially Pro WFM (Dimensions). Preferred Experience: Familiarity with payroll practices. Demonstrated experience in organizational change and employee engagement strategies.
