Role Overview This critical role involves developing and executing a comprehensive video strategy to support the firm's outreach and engagement. The ideal candidate will excel in both spontaneous and controlled filming environments, bringing advanced editing skills and creative vision to the team. The role includes producing high-quality video content in various formats, from long-form narratives to short-form social media clips, ensuring each piece aligns with the firm's branding and goals. Key Responsibilities Videography: Capture high-quality footage in both controlled and spontaneous setups to meet the firm’s content needs. Editing: Edit videos to professional standards, focusing on techniques that drive engagement across platforms. Content Strategy: Execute a blend of high-fi, lo-fi, long-form, and short-form video projects in line with the firm's messaging. Platform Optimization: Adapt content for various social media platforms, ensuring maximum impact and audience resonance. Collaboration: Work closely with team members to brainstorm and develop compelling video content ideas. Qualifications Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in videography, including camera operation, lighting, and sound. Advanced skills in editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Experience creating video content optimized for social media platforms. Skills & Attributes: A creative eye for storytelling and detail. Ability to work efficiently in both structured and fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred: Previous experience in professional services or law firm video content creation.
