International Tier2 automotive brake system parts manufacturer is looking for a Spanish English Bilingual Production Supervisor candidate with solid manufacturing skills who will take charge of a production Located in Louisville, KY . Spanish English Bilingual Production Supervisor Responsibilities Include: Manage a group of employees in a production area for automotive and industrial applications and coordinate all production activities and operation Assist in the creation and management of manufacturing processes, managing inventory, and ensuring that machines are operating properly Analyzing production efficiency Hire, Train, Observe, and develop skills of assigned employees Responsible for product/process quality, safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction Implement lea manufacturing concepts as applicable including: kaizen, Kanban, poke yoke, 5S, etc. Drive production strategies to reduce product waste Report to Manager and Plant Manager Communicate with team and enforce company policies and procedures Other responsibilities might be assigned by upper management Spanish English Bilingual Production Supervisor Requirements At least 3 years of production supervisory experience at automotive manufacturing company Experience at automotive industry is preferred Spanish bilingual is a huge plus Knowledge of general stamping and press is a plus Able to work in a fast paced environment Ability to communicate in both Spanish and English This position will not support visa sponsorships This position will not support relocation costs Direct applicants only via this online posting We do not accept any resumes from any third party organizations or other recruiters This position includes working in a manufacturing and/or warehousing work environment.
