About our Internship Program:
ASICS is committed to recruiting the best and brightest talent to join our internship program at one of our ASICS America Corporation office locations (Irvine, CA, Byhalia, MS, and Boston, MA). During this internship, our interns will discover their strengths, develop their technical skills, and learn more about the environment of their future career path. ASICS interns are vital contributors to the company's vision of creating a quality lifestyle through intelligent sport technology. We are currently seeking interns to assist various departments within ASICS. These are PAID internships, 24 hours per week. The candidate is allowed to work remotely up to one day per week and is expected to be in the office on all other working days.
Tentative 2025 Internship Dates: June 2nd - August 22nd 2025

Position Overview:
This position will be located at the ASICS America corporate office in Boston, MA.The Talent Acquisition Summer Intern will support the recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent for our organization. This internship offers a hands-on experience in various aspects of the talent acquisition process, providing valuable insights into the recruitment lifecycle while contributing to the overall hiring strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual, currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, along with a passion for recruitment and talent development. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in talent acquisition while working alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

- Full-cycle recruitment including ATS experience, working with hiring managers, job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews and conducting screening interviews.
- Employer branding projects and initiatives to promote ASICS brand internally and externally
- Cross-functional collaboration amongst Talent Management teams (L&D, DE&I, HR partners)
- Business partnership with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Job description management
Required Qualifications:
- Must currently be pursuing a degree at an accredited institution with a graduation date of December 2025 or later (fields of study in Communication, Psychology, Human Resources, preferred).
- Demonstrated experience using Microsoft 365 Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects while showing a great attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating and communicating with others, in person and asynchronously, demonstrating effective interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem-solve and show accountability for results.
- Engages in continuous learning, showing self-awareness and a growth mind-set.
- Candidates for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
