We are seeking an experienced Commercial & Industrial Construction Superintendent to manage and oversee the daily operations of large-scale commercial and industrial projects in the Orlando area. This role will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, quality control, and safety compliance while supervising subcontractors and coordinating project logistics.

Description
- Supervise and manage the daily operations of commercial and industrial construction sites, ensuring smooth project execution from start to finish.
- Oversee and direct subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate with project managers and the broader team to monitor progress, identify challenges, and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations, ensuring the worksite is safe for all personnel at all times.
- Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring work meets the design specifications, building codes, and project timelines.
- Coordinate the scheduling of labor, materials, and equipment, ensuring all necessary resources are available and on-site as needed.
- Keep accurate records of project progress, issues, delays, and changes in scope, providing clear documentation for reporting and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders, ensuring all project updates, concerns, and modifications are addressed in a timely manner.
- Monitor and control project budgets, identifying opportunities to reduce costs without compromising on quality.
- Perform final inspections before project completion to ensure all work aligns with client expectations and industry standards.
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience as a superintendent in both commercial and industrial construction, with proven experience managing large, complex projects.
- Deep knowledge of industrial construction processes, commercial building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise and coordinate various subcontractors and on-site personnel.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, able to address issues proactively and efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training (preferred).
