Profit sharing!Job DetailsResponsibilities: Conduct comprehensive land surveys, including ALTA Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, control surveys, and plat maps. Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify, and assume liability for work performed. Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites. Direct or conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties, based on legal deeds and titles. Collaborate with engineering and architectural personnel on construction projects to verify design details and ensure adherence to layout specifications. Consult with clients to provide expert advice on land use, development, and boundary adjustments. Conduct research in surveying and mapping methods, using knowledge of techniques of photogrammetric map compilation and electronic data processing.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in surveying, engineering, or a related field. Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification is a plus

A minimum of 3 years of experience in land surveying, with a focus on ALTA Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, control surveys, and plat maps. Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment, including GPS and GIS systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret land records, plats, maps, and legal documents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team and liaise with clients and other professionals. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and precision. The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrains.Interested in hearing more?
