The Pricing & Production Associate is responsible for coordinating pricing processes and managing production tasks to ensure seamless operations and adherence to company goals. Specific responsibilities include:

Pricing Coordination: Review and follow up on price requests from the Operations Manager and President, ensuring target pricing, wholesale customer requirements, and delivery timelines are met. Prepare and submit pricing quote requests to China-based pricing teams and Outside Agents, ensuring all required details are included. Analyze factory quotes, calculate landed pricing and margins, and forward summaries to the President for review and approval. Follow up to negotiate better pricing or delivery terms as needed. Maintain and update pricing in systems such as Softshoe production and M3 order management. Generate adoption sheets and facilitate adoption emails for Outside Agent placements. Research and confirm correct HTS codes, initiating and tracking duties, testing, and measurements as required. Resolve price discrepancies and update systems to ensure accuracy. Assist in setting up new factories, suppliers, and agents, including completing required documentation and updating contact information. Production Coordination:

Process, input, and track new orders, ensuring all style specifications, exit factory dates, quantities, and customer requirements are accurately recorded. Maintain constant communication with China offices and vendors regarding order updates, customer guidelines, special patterns, samples, proformas, letters of credit, and shipping details. Request, track, and distribute customer confirmation, ad, and test samples. Communicate comments and approvals to relevant teams to meet deadlines. Collaborate with Operations Manager, Product Development, Sales, and Technical teams on pattern placements, pricing information, and deadlines. Review weekly production reports, track delays, and update stakeholders on status changes. Coordinate with the Design Team to upload data for new product lines into the NuOrder system. Schedule and facilitate meetings for adoption sheet reviews and other production updates. Administrative and Analytical Tasks:

Ensure all customer guidelines and requirements are communicated to factories and vendors through manuals, email updates, and software systems. Maintain organized records of pricing, order details, and line-specific data in Google Drive and other systems. Research duties, freight, and other requirements for new agents and factories from different countries. Assist with Burlington First Cost business pricing processes from initiation to completion. Support the President by updating pricing and margin sheets and preparing for weekly production meetings. Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned. Qualifications and Education Requirements

Moderate experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel (including data organization and pivot tables). Minimum of 2 years in a B2B customer service, account management, or similar professional role requiring organization, time management, and communication skills. Experience communicating with overseas teams, particularly in China, via email. Familiarity with order management systems and data entry. Knowledge of footwear industry processes is preferred but not required. Preferred Skills

Pricing negotiation experience. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.

Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $60,000 - $70,000. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate's skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, 401K, and additional company benefits.
