AI/ML Infrastructure Engineer
for a
Contract to hire job
with a client in
Dallas, TX (Hybrid).
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in AWS services, including SageMaker and Lambda, with a focus on platform and infrastructure rather than development.
Rate Range:
$75/hour to $80/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
AI/ML Infrastructure Engineer job responsibilities include:
Manage and configure AWS services such as Athena, Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, and SageMaker to support AI/ML workloads. Enable and maintain AIOps frameworks and model deployment pipelines on SageMaker for efficient AI service delivery. Automate infrastructure tasks using Terraform to streamline SageMaker deployments and ensure efficient operations. Support the deployment and optimization of machine learning models, driving predictive analytics and data-driven decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration and smooth operation of AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Langchain. Manage source code and release management for AI/ML applications using DevOps practices. Maintain AWS EMR clusters for processing large-scale datasets, ensuring performance and cost optimization. Continuously improve AI services, addressing issues in deployed models to enhance user experience and performance. Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML infrastructure, platform management, and cloud technologies. Strong experience with AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, Athena, and CloudWatch, specifically for AI/ML workloads. Proven expertise in deploying machine learning models using AWS SageMaker and familiarity with AI frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Langchain. Pay Details:
$75.00 to $80.00 per hour
