LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Clerk to join our Client's HR team in a hybrid contract role. This is up to a 2 year engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the information. This position offers a blend of remote and on-site work, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

*** Must have Been a Data Entry Clerk***

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update data into various systems and databases.

Verify the accuracy of data entries and make necessary corrections.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data consistency and integrity.

Assist with data management tasks and generate reports as needed.

Perform regular data quality checks and audits.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding data-related issues.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or related fields are a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in using data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Flexibility to adapt to changing work environments and schedules.

Benefits:

$24.00 to $27.00 per hour
