Description
Ensure that all requests for district technology, including devices and parts for both campus and central usage, are accurately recorded. Document all data daily to streamline the fulfillment center operations.
Utilize district inventory software to maintain accurate inventory control and document technology devices reported as lost, stolen, or damaged. Extract data from district applications and transfer to the department's database; review data entered from source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness. Create spreadsheets to track customer information and orders. Type in data quickly and efficiently. Provide excellent communication and customer service to staff and interdepartmental employees. Maintain clear and constant communication with district staff to request clarification of data and resolve any discrepancies. Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry. Provide occasional administrative support. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/ or manager. Qualifications
Accredited High School Diploma or equivalent (U.S.A. equivalency). One year data entry and general office administrative experience, preferred. Proficiency in data entry with a high typing speed and accuracy. Ability to transcribe information accurately from various formats. Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications and Google Sheets. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Team player with excellent customer service and organizational skills. High level attention to detail.
