Warehouse Lead Job at Connect Staffing in Buena Park

MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE AS A WAREHOUSE LEAD. MANUFACTURING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.

Connect Staffing is seeking committed individuals who are interested in a long-term position as a Warehouse Leadfor a company that produces fruit drinks and bottles them in the city of Buena Park, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:45 PM to 11:30 PM. Mandatory to work Saturdays when scheduled.

Requirements of a Warehouse Lead:

• Minimum 1-year experience as a warehouse lead. Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must know how to operate a forklift
• Must have clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Bilingual is preferred
• Prior experience in roles such as Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Operations Manager, Warehouse Team Leader Warehouse Coordinator, and Logistics Lead is a plus!

Responsibilities of a Warehouse Lead:

• Assists Warehouse Supervisor in development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures.
• Provides direction to team members for day-to-day work assignments.
• Conducts monthly inventory counts of all raw materials for all customers.
• Load/unload trailers ensuring trailer locking device is used at all times; fill out pertinent documentation.
• Check and verify raw materials received are not defected or damaged, and reports any damages to supervisor.
• Transport raw materials between warehouses using company vehicle as needed
