We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Specialist in Dorr, Michigan. This role is pivotal in the accounting sector where you will primarily be dealing with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Execute support functions for regular Accounts Payable and Receivable operations
• Accurately record all transactions while processing invoices
• Administer routine bookkeeping coupled with data entry tasks
• Assist, when required, with payroll administration
• Develop accurate reports and statements
• Comply with company's policies and adhere to relevant financial regulations
• Utilize spreadsheet software, specifically Excel, to process financial data and generate reports
• Carry out other related duties as assigned
• Leverage skills in Accounting Software Systems, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Auditing, Billing Functions, and Microsoft Excel.• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions
• Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
• Ability to carry out Auditing tasks
• Proficiency in Billing Functions
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
