We are on the lookout for a meticulous Accounting Clerk to join our team in Torrance, California. As an Accounting Clerk, you will be integral in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial department, by handling tasks such as data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining precise records of accounts payable and receivable.

Responsibilities:
• Generate accurate accounting data into the NAV system for consistent financial tracking
• Liaise with various departments and vendors to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all accounting aspects including general journals and bank reconciliations
• Regularly update and organize financial data to ensure accessibility and accuracy
• Use your skills in Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP to enhance the efficiency of financial operations
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record-keeping
• Handle accounts payable and receivable to keep track of the company's financial transactions
• Ensure accurate billing and invoice processing to maintain financial integrity
• Report to the supervisor to contribute to the efficient operation of the Accounting Department
• Apply your skills in Account Reconciliation to ensure financial records are consistent and error-free.• Entry-level position, no prior experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Account Reconciliation.
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Capable of handling Billing tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Data Entry tasks.
• Experience in Invoice Processing would be beneficial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
• Knowledge of Oracle software is desirable.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks software is an added advantage.
• Experience or understanding of SAP software is preferred.
