We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Clerk in Redmond, Washington. The role involves working in a dynamic environment, handling a variety of tasks related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process a high volume of accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit applications.
• Assist with payroll activities when necessary.
• Use QuickBooks for various accounting tasks.
• Utilize Excel to manage and analyze data.
• Reconcile account discrepancies and ensure accurate billing.
• Manage job costing processes.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when needed.
• Process invoices using Single Ops and QuickBooks.• Demonstrated proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Practical knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)
• Experience with Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Familiarity with Billing procedures
• Strong skills in Data Entry
• Expertise in Invoice Processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience using QuickBooks
