Travel Nurse RN - Med Surg - $2,101 per week

Certification Details BLS Nursys License/Certificate Verification Job Details Job Summary: RN Medical/Surgical position at Ascension Health in Mequon, Wisconsin. Telemetry background required; at least 1.5 years of med/surg experience, EPIC. Must adhere to grooming standards: no artificial/acrylic nails and nails must be short ( May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed. Job Requirements Telemetry background required. At least 1.5 years of med/surg experience. EPIC experience required. Schedule Information EOW (Every Other Weekend), EOH (Every Other Holiday) shifts. Unit Specific Information Must complete Ascension Color Vision prior to start and updated every 3 years. Ascension Core Competencies must be completed within a year of start and updated yearly. Additional Details Must be AHA certified for BLS. Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start. Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment.
