We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Responsibilities:

  1. Produce progress reports and present to the team on a regular basis
  2. Order office equipment and supplies as needed
  3. Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community
  4. Work to create marketing opportunities and plan events for our customer base in the community to improve company reputation and visibility
  5. Manage all paperwork in the office and create a process for team members to follow to ensure efficiency

Qualifications:

  1. Enjoys talking with customers and can communicate through verbal and written channels
  2. Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
  3. Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
  4. High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  5. Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work

Compensation:

$40,000 per year
