ROLE

We are looking for a hardware engineer to join our high frequency trading technology team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Architect and implement FPGA applications (RTL design, synthesis, place & route, timing closure).
2. Facilitate software integration, develop APIs, and collaborate directly with software teams.
3. Conduct lab testing/debugging and support deployed applications.

DESIRABLE CANDIDATES

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering.
2. 5+ years of FPGA experience in the high frequency trading industry.
3. Strong skills in RTL design (SystemVerilog) and verification.
4. Strong working knowledge of Xilinx design flows (synthesis, place & route, timing analysis).
5. Knowledge of TCP/IP stack and on-chip networking applications.
6. Experience with C++ and Python.
7. Experience with functional verification and system level debugging.
8. Experience with processing market data and exchange order entry communication in hardware.
